Dennis Mihale
FOUNDER/CEO​
Dr. Dennis Mihale is a seasoned physician executive with 30+ years of experience in value-based care, telehealth, and risk adjustment. He has led teams in both startups and large organizations, founded two HMOs, and worked with top healthcare companies like IBM and McKesson. A retired US Army Major and assistant professor at USF, Dr. Mihale is a pioneer in Value-Based Reimbursement and a former CMS Physician Champion for ICD-10 in Florida.
Bruno Nardone

Bruno Nardone's career in healthcare spans more than 30 years in roles including executive leadership at global health IT service and solutions companies, as a business strategy consultant, and as a hospital administrator. He has worked across industry stakeholder groups leading high-performance teams to improve quality, efficiency, and connectivity in healthcare while helping his own or client organizations exceed their strategic goals.

Dr. Desmond Bell
ADVISOR
A pioneer in wound management and amputation prevention, Dr. Desmond Bell brings decades of experience and a passion for improving patient outcomes. As the Founder and President Emeritus of "The Save A Leg, Save A Life" Foundation and the Chief Medical Officer of Omeza, Dr. Bell's contributions to the field are invaluable. His national recognition as a speaker and educator solidifies his role as a key advisor to Chelsea.
Robert M. Kropp
MD, MBA
Dr. Kropp is a child neurologist, holding boards in Pediatrics, Neurology with Special Competence in Child Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology. He also holds an MBA from the University of South Florida and a Certificate in Public Health Informatics from Johns Hopkins.
He has 15 years’ experience in both private and academic child neurology practice and 20 years’ experience as a senior executive in managed care.
